Run #3 · Bakken_Test_2
2-step pump schedule · Numerical Reservoir 2 Stages · Solved in 2:14
Run #3 produced a 412 ft propped half-length with 0.78 fluid efficiency. Compared to Run #1, half-length is 18% shorter due to the leaner 2-step proppant schedule (avg 0.62 lb/gal vs 1.34). Net pressure peak at 1,690 psi is on-trend with offset wells in the Bakken Middle.
Three things worth your attention before you act on this: (1) closure stress was kept at 0.71 psi/ft; the Bakken Middle trend is 0.74–0.76, so half-length is likely under-predicted by ~4%. (2) Conductivity vs X falls below 200 md-ft past x = 280 ft, so the tail of the propped region won't carry. (3) Run #2 (currently solving) uses a 4-step schedule that should recover the half-length without losing efficiency.
